Ten Second Takeaway

You know why you should be visiting this year. Now, we're telling you how you can participate at the various goings-on at #DPF2015. Start taking notes.

Master Class

Masterclass Hosts

The Master Class at DPF this years aims to provide hands-on advanced learning experiences at the hands {or lenses} of some the most experienced photographers today. These are going to be held from 27th October to 3rd November. For the participants, this has been divided into three parts: A three-day intensive workshop by Olivia Arthur and Philipp Ebeling, photographers and co-founders of Fishbar {a photobook publishers and contemporary gallery based in London}, three half-day interactions, and participation in the opening week. Find out more and apply here.

DIY Storytelling Workshop

Rob Hornstra and Arnold Van Bruggen will be leading a two-day workshop at #DPF2015 and for amateurs and experts alike. Long-term photography projects shall be the order of the day, while the main objective will be for students to become independent and liberated in their art. Arnold will talk about transmedia, new media and collaborations. Find out more and apply here.

Gallery Walks with Artists Delhi Photo Festival 2011 Photograph by: DPF Volunteers Team

This is the most exciting bit for all of us at LBB. The opening week will see organised gallery walks with the artists themselves. You will be able to get more advice and a better insight into the kind of work that has been put into every shot. You can hobnob with the likes of Angelica Dass {Humanae}, Arturo Betancourt {Perfect Citizen}, Karan Vaid {Best In Show} and more.  Find out more here.

DPF Crowdfunding campaign

One of the best ways of participating this year would be to donate. This will ensure your participation throughout the various events and you’ll also be the owner of some fancy DPF merch. The donations will be used for the production of exhibitions and other events and seminars. So go ahead and pitch in at the BitGiving link here.
