Every year for their summer collection launch, Select CITYWALK goes all out with a campaign that not only celebrates inspiring stories but one that challenges traditional narratives. This year, Delhi’s favourite shopping hub is back with their #RiseUp campaign - one that recognises the women of today. The ones who smash gender stereotypes, stand up tall and pave the way for not only themselves but thousands of others too.
The campaign features four women who come from different walks of life, they’ve faced different challenges, but are brought together by their sheer resilience and determination to rise above the issues. The summer ’22 collection features, Karina Aggarwal(), who carved her way into the liquor industry, which was previously regarded as a man’s game; Suhasini Mulay, a well-renowned TV actress, most recently seen in Netflix’s Fame Game, broke age biases in her professional and personal life; Ankita Jain, founder of Go Paisa who followed her passion and shattered all myths around women and their financial acumen and Sakshi Sindhwani, a plus-size model who emerged as a fashion symbol for body positivity and self-acceptance. Even though the campaign discusses key issues like gender biases and breaking stereotypes, the brand brings this out in a playful, bold, and in refreshing way. Focussing on the stories of these brilliant and courageous women, the campaign is sure to resonate with most!
