Harajuku Tokyo Cafe

This Japanese cafe has the fluffiest, jiggliest pancakes you could've ever dreamt of...and then some. Fair warning, they're super heavy so make sure you go with an empty stomach.

Wenger's Deli

Simply a classic, Wenger's is probably the baap of all waffles in Delhi. It's an emotion every Delhiite just gets, so without further deliberation just go and relish the Banana and Toffee Waffles or keep it simple with the Nutella.

AMA Cafe

They're best known for their signature fluffy pancakes and we can see why. We love the ones with fresh fruits and whipped cream and they're spot on every single time.

What started as a tiny joint in GK-1 M Block Market, Wafflesome has soon become the number one spot for waffles and pancakes in Delhi. They have a whole section of comfortable Nutella waffles on their menu, and if you're in the mood for something different they do wonders with fresh fruit, caramel, white chocolate and more.

Habitat Hub

One of the classic choices for breakfast in the city, Habitat Hub (previously The All American Diner) has some killer breakfast options like Banana Pancakes with apple and caramel sauce or Not Only Waffles with sausages, fried egg and golden corn.

International House Of Pancakes will have you spoiled for choice with their range of classic pancakes, cinnamon pancakes and even chocolate ones. Their whipped cream is the bee’s knees.

The Belgian Waffle Co's innovative waff-wiches changed the way we approached waffles altogether. A waffle on the go? Woah! Plus, they come in like a gazillion flavours like Berry Red Velvet, Kiki And Oreo Cream and many more.

With its distinctive blue door, The Blue Door Cafe in Khan Market has a cosy vibe that's very inviting. Their pancakes are light, fluffy and fully wholesome.

Their Banoffee Pancakes are the bestseller but we think their Salted Caramel Pancakes deserve a round of applause too. Next on our to-try list: Lemon meringue pancakes. Have you seen how pretty they look? They have a range of savoury pancakes to try also.

Di Ghent Cafe

Is there anything Di Ghent does wrong? Pick their Scone Waffles (bacon, tomato, maple syrup) and follow it up with a sweet chocolate-y one.

Blue Tokai Coffee Roasters

While Suchali has spoiled us by making our coffee runs at Blue Tokai a thousand times better with her double baked croissants, if you're ever in the mood of waffles with your cup of cappuccino, Blue Tokai does a pretty good job at those too!

We never knew we'd be able to love fried chicken and waffles so much, but that was only until we discovered Bruxie. Huge pieces of fried chicken lathered in sauces and sandwiched between waffles, it does not get better than Bruxie.

Rose Cafe

Rose Cafe just knows what we’re looking for. For breakfast, try their Fluffy Pancakes with maple syrup and lemon curd or the Fluffy Waffles, and pair it with their strong iced coffee.

This one is an East Delhi favourite. And boy are they proud of it! What started as a tiny bakery is now literally the evening hangout spot of hundreds of people. One bite into their mini pancakes that ooze with Nutella and white chocolate, and all your sorrows will go away.

Social does some epic breakfast platters. But if you don’t want everything from eggs to parathas, you could just order yourself a portion of their fluffy Blueberry Pancakes with maple syrup.

If you're in the mood for a fancy brunch (and we fully support that idea) Caara is where you should be. Their pancakes are not just any pancakes—they are fluffy Ricotta Pancakes With Honeycomb Butter And Maple Syrup. And they promise you'd never be able to stop thinking about them.

Elma’s keeps it classy with their Victorian decor and high-tea menu. If you're Heading here for brekkie, order the Mixed Berry Pancakes or the Pancakes with Apples. Need a desert after you meal? Get the Waffles.

Third Wave Coffee is a go-to place for a lot of us, and after we've tried their fluffy Japanese pancakes with a dollop of cream and fresh fruits, we're all the more addicted to it!

A go-to waffle place for a lot of Delhiites, The Waffle Co is for the days when you don't want to put much thought and effort into your waffle and simply order the most indulgent one, loaded with chocolate, Nutella, brownie, ice cream and whatnot.

If you like your pancakes with a side of fruits and not guilt, Getafix makes their pancakes with buckwheat and soya milk and you get the choice between chocolate or blueberry pancakes (we vote for blueberry).

The Grammar Room

An OG brunch spot, we hear the pastry cream that comes with the pancakes at The Grammar Room is to die for. You can go for DIY pancakes, in which you can have the joy of putting your own toppings like Nutella, maple syrup, pastry cream and fruits as you please, or get the TGR Pancakes that have a combination of cream, cherry compote and a house-made almond crumble. Both of them reside in our hearts rent free!

Everything Theos does, they do it great. From cheesecakes to savoury Italian food and, of course, the elephant in the room, waffles—going to Theos is something you will never regret!

Fifth Avenue Bakery & Cafe

Everything about 32nd Milestone is just lovely. Especially the Fifth Avenue Bakery & Cafe, which lit up with fairy lights at night is literally the cutest thing ever. We're big fans! Whether you're craving for pancakes or waffles, they have you covered.

My Tea Chapel

This place in South Point Mall is on a journey to make healthy Roman pizzas, bite-sized 'Wotnuts', which are waffles that are like doughnuts but not fried (cast iron grilled) and refreshing bubble tea. What has really caught our attention though is the Cream Cheese & Boba Waffle that has boba has a topping!

Cafe Dori

Breakfasts at Dori are always a happy memory. Their signature 'croffles', which is a cross between croissants & waffles, come in both savoury and sweet variants, and are both equally delicious.
