Think biryani, and we immediately imagine a spread at a nawab's table. Biryani Stories does a damn good job of the spread you've just imagined, bringing you authentic and delicious biryanis and kebabs from all over the country. Check out the menu closely - they've interpreted this rice recipe as they would imagine it made in different parts of the country, so expect some unique yet distinct flavours from multiple regions. We tried a sumptuous fare of their Andhra Dum Gosht Biryani and Andhra Dum Chicken Biryani, both of which were reminiscent of the typical ‘dum’ that makes meat melt in your mouth.
We must also recommend their soft kebabs that are spiced with ingredients hailing from Andhra, Lucknow and Hyderabad. Other quirky ethnic foods are the Gunturi Kebabs and Prawn Fry. The tadka in the dal, and the special raita reminded us of good old comfort home food; go ahead Gurgaon, it's all yours to taste!
