You will be in cheesy heaven, and once you float down from there give your taste buds a shocker with the Rechad Masala Rawas, Indian Salmon in Goan Masala with Charred Corn Kachumbar. Always save some room for dessert especially when the plates are so beautiful you can’t stop staring. Our top picks for desserts are Bitter Sweet Chocolate Fondant for the ones who are not too fond of excess sweetness in their desserts, and the elaborate but oh-so- delicious Shahi Malai Mille Feuille Tukda, Thandai Chantilly Cream. The name can be a mouthful but then so is the dessert. The end to this food-gasmic journey could not have been any better.
