Chef Sabyasachi’s innovative concoctions: Chef Sabyasachi Gorai has done a stellar job with bringing to us a diverse menu comprising various cuisines. His unique style of giving an unconventional twist to the ordinary dishes and bringing a plethora of flavours on the table is indeed commendable.
What’s On The Menu?
They’ve got an exquisite range of tikkas and kebabs {both Delhi favourites}. The highlights include the melt-in-the-mouth fish tikka and the beautifully plated {or should we say leafed?} Chettinad Chicken. Served along with a butter naan on a banana leaf, there is very little you can do to stop yourself from throwing yourself at this dish.
The latest addition to their menu is an exclusive range of pan-Asian delicacies, all served with a bowl of fragrant and steaming jasmine rice. The aromatic Red Thai Chicken Curry is an excellent partner to the steamed rice. They’ve also come up with a selection of dim sums, of which the sesame and chicken one remains our favourite.
End on a sweet note with the Death By Chocolate and you’re bound to go home calm and happy.
