Bien Manger is a New Delhi based, conscious “bundtery” that focuses on desserts that aren’t just tasty but healthy too. That sounds cliches but after a few offers, I’m a convert, healthy can be yummy too. They deliver organic, homegrown products that are made from scratch and use alternative sugars and flours. There are no frostings, preservatives, cream or lard, just the goodness of fruits, seeds and vegetables, both fresh and dried. Yes, you read that right, veggies. Our first taste of Bien Manger was the Chocolate Zucchini Bundt and after that, it wasn’t long before we tried the Lemon Pistachio Bundtlette made with almond flour and their almond flour tarts out of which the lemon tart was outstanding, best good lemon curd we’ve had lately.
They also have Beetroot-Quinoa & Walnut, Orange Chia, Pumpkin Chocolate Chip and Walnut-Date & Quinoa on the menu. Beyond the usual, they curate a range of gluten free & diabetic friendly products including bundts, bread & tarts. Everything they produce is made to order so plan your order and place it a few hours or a day in advance so it comes to you, all fresh and delicious.
