Chocestra for Cupcakes, Chocolate Bars and Cookies

There’s a new home baker in town: Mehak Parkash. Through her brand, Chocestra she’s bringing to the table, chewy cookies, moist cupcakes in various flavours and nutty chocolate bars.

Cupcakes! Chocestra has a pretty wide variety of cupcakes including the regular chocolate, Nutella, peanut butter, lemon, Oreo, saffron and the star of the show, tiramisu.

Chocestra does some nifty little bars and squares using chocolate, biscuits, nuts, dates, raisins, caramel and even marshmallows. We especially loved the Bee Sting Cookies – cookie bars with a butter crust topped with caramel and almonds or cashews. The Magic Bars too are worth a taste – they’re super decadent; six layered cookie bars with butter, biscuits, flaked coconut, chocolate, walnuts and condensed milk.
