Contemporary Arts Week is Closing with a Bang!

The information in this post might be outdated

We can’t believe Contemporary Arts Week is coming to an end, but hey, at least they're going out with a bang!

The Chrysalis Project

The Chrysalis Project is a mentorship programme in which budding young choreographers live together for about 11 weeks, and go through super-intensive training in choreography and composition. Now they get to perform in public {real life Centre Stage, omg!}

This year at Contemporary Arts Week, under the mentorship of Sheela Raj and Yuko Harada, you can watch six such choreographers showcasing the best of what they’ve learnt in choreography, music, and light & stage design. Also, look out for Ashley Lobo, who’ll be speaking at the closing.

After-party!

‘Cos that’s the way we end a busy week—by partying hard. Head to Informal, where all the artists from CAW will be letting their hair down to the beats of Profound. There’ll be drinks to help them {and you} with that, obviously.

Where: LTG Auditorium, Copernicus Marg, and Informal, 52, Tolstoy Lane, Janpath

When: 10th October, 5.30pm & 8pm {two shows}
