These are 'Ready to use' Gravies for people hard-pressed for time and looking at making something healthy and authentic. There are two variants 'Makhni' and 'Qorma'. All you need is some veggies, paneer or even chicken or meat.
Steps to make:
1- In a heavy-bottomed pan heat ghee/ butter, then add ginger and some chopped green chillies along with chopped onions if u like.
2- Saute for a couple of minutes and add ‘Yumma Yumma’ gravy. Mix well and add 4 to 5 tablespoons of water.
3- Cook the gravy for a couple of minutes and then add paneer or veggies. Let it cook until done.
Alternately you can also add leftover tandoori chicken or paneer tikka and let it simmer for 8 to 10 minutes until ready. Serve with a dollop of cream on top.
