Home-style cooking meets restaurant-style dishes in Daljit Rana’s kitchen. Small gatherings and medium/large events are catered for here, though only after the menu is created in collaboration with the host.
If you’d like to try before you buy, they even offer a tasting menu {at your cost} on their premises. The chef brings over the home-prepared food, and stays through the party for plating, serving and preparation.
PS: He is an ex-army cook, so you can expect your evening to go off with military precision.
