Calcutta and nostalgia seem to go hand in hand. Rajyasree Sen, a.k.a. Brown Sahiba, runs a catering service where Chicken Pate on Toast and Maachher Paturi fit right in with each other. Having previously run her own restaurant {you might remember Brown Sahib}, she still does all the cooking herself.
Dishes are ordered by plate, each of which feeds four, and Rajyasree drops off the food in Tupperware, so it’s easy to heat and eat when the time is right.
