Liter Basar decided to pursue her love affair with baking by training at one of the world’s finest culinary schools, Le Cordon Bleu. Armed with some intense baking techniques up her sleeve, she’s now back and recreating everything she learnt {cakes, breads, macarons and cookies} from her tiny home kitchen in Nizamuddin from where she dispatches home orders.

As much as we’d have loved a physical bakery, Liter doesn’t have one. Does that take away from the eating experience? Not one bit.
