Ten Second Takeaway

India International Centre is doing an open-to-all film screening of director Alan Ritsko’s Ghosts of Machu Pichhu: Inside the Incan City in the Clouds in collaboration with the Foundation for His Holiness the Dalai Lama.

Myth and mythology

Ghosts of Machu Picchu will explore the mysteriously abandoned four-centuries old archaeological ruin, and unearth the inaccessible site to viewers. Think myth, science and the discovery of the ‘Lost City of the Incas’ that throws light upon the dwellers of its stone buildings, farmers of the green terraces and builders of the almost-modern aqueduct system, through the discovery of the Incan burial site.

This 56-minute film will be held on 7th October at IIC and entry is free {subject to a first-come first-served arrangement}.
