The peeps behind the brand are avid art enthusiasts and this reflects in their products. They’re all designed in-house and comprise a total of three collections so far, namely Papayadisco, Marblania and Peony Hysteria. The former two are all about cushions {if you’re looking to brighten up your space, the screen-printed papaya ones might prove fruitful} whereas Peony Hysteria also extends to crockery.
Material girls
Homeight is the baby of Bani ‘Barney’ Chawla and Shamin ‘Sam’ Kapur, both of whom are ardent believers of ‘Make in India’ and strongly support traditional craft clusters. You’ll find a melange of materials and fabrics including bone china, stoneware, cotton linen and linen. These are all sourced from various parts of the country.
