When you crave the goodness of Kerala, and I mean the authentic and undiscovered goodness, Prima Kurien gives you outstanding meals {everytime} that she attributes to her grandmother. Avial, Mutton Stew, Kurma, Fish Molee and Egg Roast – EVERYTHING is fresh and lovely. She caters for upto 200 people, and sends precooked dishes and a chef to whip up fresh appams for smaller parties.

Meenu Duggal |

Meenu Duggal is a shining example of generating an income from doing what you love. From living in a joint family and conjuring up elaborate spreads for home parties, her passion has turned into a full-fledged company that provides catering services for 20 – 200 people. If you are hosting more than 50 people, you get the best of both worlds - home-style food, with all the flamboyance that a larger catering outfit provides.

She has always been synonymous with Thai cuisine, but has now expanded her repertoire to Continental and Italian as well. The ‘must-trys’ – Smoked Ham, Walnut Pie and of course her famous Red Curry {made from a special paste that she prepares at home}.

Pagal Khana |

Pagal Khana was started by Aagnay Budhraja and Anand Kapre, graduates of the Institute of Hotel Management, Aurangabad, to fill the void left by the catering industry for small gatherings ranging from 25 to 100 people. Having worked at renowned {and exotic} establishments in India and abroad such as Sushiya, Great Kebab Factory, Radisson Mahipalpur, Daufuskie Island Resort {South Carolina} and The Address Downtown {Dubai}, their cuisine is far from the ‘usual’.

A sneak peek into their menu - Smoked Chicken Salad with sun dried tomatoes, black olives and goat cheese; Broccoli AlmandineChicken n Mushroom Pie; Rosemary Scented braised Leg of Lamb and Fish Muniere. To top it all - they specialise in Teppanyaki and Khowsuey too!

Meenu’s Praana Kitchen |

Meenu Nageshwaran provides really delicious spreads that are plant-based, dairy-free and prepared with mostly organic ingredients. If you are currently going ‘ehhhhh’ – think again. This lovely lady has always been a fabulous cook and the very same love, attention and creativity has extended to her vegan kitchen that has undertaken catering assignments for upto a 100 people.

She makes a mean Khowsuey, Cheeses, Halwas and all things that you think you would miss if you went vegan! Her services are extremely personalized so once you connect with her, I am pretty sure she can create the vegan version of pretty much anything.
