Our favourite thing about Hybrid, apart from its varied menu is that it serves some excellent music and shisha. This bare-looking industrial spot looks like a cafe in the morning, that turns into a very jam-packed party hub by night. We would recommend that you get a reservation before heading there. Perfect for getting big groups to, Hybrid offers more than just your usual pizzas and sandwiches.
Food and frolic
We tried their Chilly Fish, which to our delight was perfectly done, with just the right amount of spice. If you prefer your chicken on the rarer side, we recommend you try the Hybrid Chicken Wings. The thin crust pizza is our must-try everywhere, and the Peri Peri Chicken does not disappoint. With gooey mozzarella and a spicy chicken, the pizza it was the highlight of the night. As far as drinks are concerned, we loved the Hybrid Special Cocktail, but the Sangria stands its stead too.
Continental cameo
The exposed brick walls, huge wall clocks and artefacts, the metal Hybrid signing with nuts and bolts makes Hybrid THE place to relax after a work evening with the live band and calming wooden decor. And if not anything else, we would go back for the tiramisu. A sweet end to a grand affair.
