What is it?
FitNut bootcamp is a one-hour outdoor work out session, designed by FitNut’s certified head coach to target every muscle in the body. The work out consists of different exercise forms, individual and partner workouts and a competitive event.
At the end of the work out, the team will also conduct a really fun Q&A session for participants, to clear any fitness and nutrition-related doubts you may have.
Who is it for?
FitNut customises the work out routine for each and every individual, based on their gender and any injuries or conditions. We love that the FitNut Bootcamps can be attended by people of any age. However, in case you have a serious injury we recommend that you contact them before signing up.
Why should I go for it?
Come work out with strangers to see where exactly you stand! You should make the trip to Lodhi Garden to strengthen your fitness and nutrition fundamentals and to equip yourself for a fitter and healthier 2016. Most importantly, come sweat it out to earn your guilt-free Saturday night out! You can sign up individually or with your buddy as well.

FitNut recommends that you eat a handful of dry fruits or a banana before you leave the house to make sure you stay on top of your game during the one-hour session. If you want to go the extra mile, they recommend an espresso shot as well!
