Meet Kaldern, a homegrown label that is all that we've described above and then some -- basically, the best of both worlds.
Initially, Kaldern started out as a clothing label that made men's shirts, but then decided to widen horizons and give desi block prints a new lease of life in utility fashion aka accessories. Their bags are what put them on the map and what also caused us to take notice. But mind you, these aren't any ol' bags -- high in durability and usability, they have a Western and Asian sensibility of design without killing the charms of a traditional block print. Think cross body slings, trendy fanny packs, chest bags and their bestseller and signature creation -- a Pozer or Pocket Organiser, basically a small bag or a pouch that acts as a wallet.
