An online sustainable label started in Jaipur, Kapraha pays homage to beautiful, traditional techniques of hand-block printing by highly-skilled local artisans.
The founder at Kapraha not only works with artisans from Amer, Sanganer, Bagru, but also works with women from Kutch, thus incorporating their skills of silai and bunai in the beautiful work that Kapraha does. The brand does dresses, tunics, dupattas, jackets, tops for women, and each of their piece is handcrafted with intricate prints and soothing hues.
Also, most of their apparel is made out of 100% cotton that makes it perfect for the summer season. We, in particular, love their dresses firstly, because they are easy breezy and secondly, the fabrics and the colours are such that we usually wear. Although, we do feel the brand is a bit expensive but hey, sustainability is all that matters.
