Tunday Kebabs, Appams & Darjeeling Momo: Pig Out At This Regional Food Fest

The information in this post might be outdated

What Is It?

In an attempt to establish itself as the town’s newest cool kid, Khel Gaon is back with a full-fledged regional food festival called Masalas Of India. Some of the country’s best restaurants will be dishing out Andhra, Bengali, Naga, Goan and Kashmiri delicacies.

Who Is It For?

Those with experimental taste buds for sure. Sweet monsters and cold drink guzzlers are also invited to the massive gluttonous party.

We hear there’s music and entertainment so your calorie-counting half isn’t just dying as you go around stuffing your face.

Why Should I Go For It?

It’s a bottomless pit offering everything from Thalaivar’s epic dosas to Ahad Sons’ Kashmiri delights without setting foot outside the city.

Want more delicious reasons? Here: Charan Singh Kulfi’s brain-freeze-causing chuskis, Bombay Brunch’s dabeli, shrimp stuffed momo from Darjeeling Steamers, Keema Pattice from Bagli’s Kitchen, Mr. Littiwaala’s Bihari grub, bamboo shoot pork from The Categorical Eat Pham, Bengali jhaal and Mohobbat Ka Sharbat.

Anything Else?

It’s happening over two days and is thankfully going to go on till 11pm so you are {hopefully} going to avoid a heat stroke while eating those kebabs. But be safe and carry hats, water bottles and sunscreens if you’re going to be an early bird.

Find more info. on their Facebook page.
