Donā€™t tell us that your favourite form of taking a break from work isnā€™t all about trawling shopping sites and discovering new labels and services on the world wide web; itā€™s ours, for sure. Weā€™re putting good use to our favourite pastime and bringing you the best of our shopping and lifestyle discoveries every week.

Joli India

Delhi-based Joli India, started by two close friends Jonas and Lili, takes Indian craftsmanship to a whole new level with colourful palettes, urban silhouettes, and a selectionĀ of hand-embroidered designs. Weā€™re particularly struck by their printed bags made of lungi fabric, splashy ghungroo keychains, multi-coloured totes, and metallic clutches made of recycled plastic. They also undertake bulk orders. Check out their sale section for the best finds.

Their collection of dangling string earrings, maang tikas, and jadau earrings are among our favourites, although they do have a collection of baubles to go with your non-traditional outfits as well. This is becoming our favourite place to shop for all things Indian-minimal. What weā€™re loving most are the Kolhapuri chappals,Ā vegetable tanned bags made of natural leather, quilts featuring Kutch patchwork, stoles in mul mul cotton, and lovely shawls in an earthy palette. We also absolutely adore their collection of jewellery boxes, wall hangings, and coasters featuring blue pottery from Jaipur.
