LBB and Mamagoto present a tasting of Mamagoto’s new Asian sandwiches, with Asian flavours inspired chicken, lamb, seafood, and pork filling {aah…buns and meat!}. There’s the Asian spin on the traditional Lamb Burger, and even an Asian Prawn Cocktail in a bun. These experimental renditions of sandwiches also up the ante for vegetarians, with a Vegetable Thai Meatball Sub, and fresh mushroom and shitake bun. Mama's even thrown in some hand cut potato wedges, oriental mango salsa, chilli mayo and Asian pickles with every bun.
Are you imagining {more like fearing} carb central? Don’t! Mama’s lined up a bunch of lighter, non-bread options to choose from as well.
Mama knows you’ve been working your buns off, so she's taking to the stove to ensure you get the mother of all buns, complete with a chilled out evening, in the company of some awesome Delhiwaalas. And this Mama’s so cool, she’s going to want you to tell us a little something about Yo Mama!
Mama Janti Duggal, Food Director at Mamagoto, will be joining the paati! In the true spirit of experimenting and playing, she’s got a few other things cooking that evening {and they aren’t in the kitchen}. All we can say is - bring your appetite, and your best 'Yo Mama' line.
