Started by the late Nand Lal Ji aeons ago, Nand di Hatti has its roots in Pakistan’s Raja Bazaar. The bhaturas are prepared with semolina, white flour and yogurt. Their chhole do not contain onion and garlic, but you won’t even miss them.
