The Sadhya is a feast like no other – with more dishes than you can count, and contrasting flavours that play with your palate with every bite, this is one lavish meal. Tradionally savoured during the summer harvest festival of Onam, this is a vegetarian spread that can seduce even the most hard core of carnivores, and Mahabelly is serving it up in superb style, complete with all the bells and whistles.
