Bored In Noida? This Riverside Farm Is Doing Vegan Meals & Music Under The Stars

Beejom Organic Farm along with New Delhi Nature Society {NDMS} are hosting a 12-hour day visit packed with activities. You can pet the farm animals, eat vegan meals made from fresh produce, sit around watching a beautiful sunset or make live music under the starry sky. 

Nature lovers, healthy eaters, seekers of restorative energy, sunbathers and day dreamers.

If you like getting an insight into sustainable architecture or don’t mind petting gorgeous farm horses or chilling with friendly farm animals, Nov 4 looks like a perfectly nice day to plan a family outing in the greens. The leisurely hangout will be punctuated with three meals, all of which will be organic. To take the health quotient a notch higher, they’ve got a sound healing ceremony and a special earthing workshop to soothe your frazzled nerves.

We first met Noida-based organic brand, Beejom, at The Earth Collective weekly farmer’s market and it was love at first bite. Their fluffy idlis and breakfast smoothies made us feel like a new, healthy person and we hear that apart from their organic food spread, they also have freshly plucked farm veggies, herbs, and pesticide free food stuff including pulses, oils and more. With this visit, you have a chance to see their beautiful store full of leafy green subzis, pearly dals and vintage teal benches along with meeting all the cows and ducks. 

What else? There are workshops on making seed bombs and flower pots because what’s a farm day without getting your hands dirty. Right? And, the most exciting bit: A picturesque sunset is almost a given and a jam session at dusk will complete the setting. They’ll have musical instruments and you can try your hand at some soothing tunes with the other farm visitors.
