It's a cart located in the crowded Netaji Subhash place in mid of many eateries but being Delhi's favourite street food this cart is no short of customers. Chhole Kulche is served with salad, achaar, meethi fruit chatni and green chatni. Quantity served is good to fill your tummy. Taste is delicious. Definitely worth a try and can go again. What I really liked was the way taste and quality has been consistent over the years.
