Spearheaded by a husband-wife chef duo, Our Pasta Lab is a weekend home kitchen based out of Delhi that delivers handcrafted artisanal pasta along with freshly prepared sauces. Ain't nothing better than having a soulful plate of fresh pasta with some flavourful sauce. Right?
Ashmeet, the Co-founder and Pastaio at Our Pasta Lab, credits the 2020 lockdown for resurrecting his love for Italian cuisine. Soon after the quarantine began, he took out his pasta machine (no kidding) and started making pasta from scratch. His wife, Divneet, who is also a fellow pasta loyalist, helped him out by cooking flavourful sauces to go with the different kinds of pasta. And that's how this home kitchen came into existence.
So, if you're planning to surprise your family by cooking Italian or wish to have a weekend chill sesh with friends, we'd suggest you ditch that processed pasta and order these instead. Eggless Semolina Fettuccine, Spinach & Ricotta Ravioli, Chicken Cheese Ravioli and more - the chefs keep changing the menu every once in a while making it all the more exciting. As for the sauces, they have the classic Arrabbiata that's dense with fresh garlic and herbs, Pomodoro, Pomodoro Aglio e Olio, Basil Pesto, Alfredo and so on. We're positive that once you delve into their menu, there will be no coming back.
