Hasina, the founder of Paper Castle is a contributing writer for popular fashion magazines and also works as a social media consultant. Her job involves clicking and conceptualising a lot of pretty pictures on a regular basis, and that’s when she realised the importance of props.
With a love for flatlays and an idea to offer products that don’t just look good in photos but also have utility value, she launched Paper Castle India in March 2018. Today, Hasina imports most of her merchandise from across countries like USA, China and Australia. She has recently started sourcing products locally too (like these letterboards).
Coming to the products – they’re pretty as a picture. This rose gold magazine rack, the flamingo planter and trinket trays can make the most boring of desks look picture-perfect and organised. Stationery lovers, we’re pretty sure you’re eyeing Paper Castle’s diamond and pineapple paperclips (INR 399) but the polka dot travel journal has our heart. Oh, and just look at these flamingo storage containers; They make our regular plastic dabbas look like plebs.
Paper Castle has introduced us to a world of all things pretty and perfect. We’re not sure we’d ever be able to appreciate our plain old notebooks and ordinary paper clips again. On the bright side, all their products are priced under INR 2,000. So go on, stock up!

While Paper Castle India’s based out of Mumbai, they deliver across India. Most of the products are delivered within a week, but the imported ones could even take up to four weeks (which you will be informed about). But honestly, look at Paper Castle’s trinkets. Aren’t they worth waiting for?
