Say what you might, we've all had a crush of some sort at work. A boss who inspires you in more ways than one, the cute girl from HR who you'd love to discuss your 'package' with in detail, or the married guy who sits next to you and discusses all the romantic things he's done for his wife.
With a crew that's worked in huge set-ups, and now works in a rather intimate set up {albeit in a female dominated team}, LBB is coming together with Coast Cafe to present Edition 4 of Conversations at Coast - Romance in the Workplace.
The ethical, the romantic, the confidante, the clandestine… even the disguised {or not so disguised} possibility of harassment.
It's no secret that we spend a sizeable part of our lives at work. Between open floor plans, physical proximity, inadvertent eavesdropping, long hours of togetherness, offsites, and work travel, do we indeed end up tempting fate? Or does the excitement of a clandestine sexual relationship drive some of us to experiment with people we work with?
On the other hand, some of us genuinely do end up meeting our soul mates in the work space - someone who relates to long hours, our drive and motivations, and just gets our mind space. Some couples even start and run successful enterprises together. So where does work stop and private life begin? How does last night's fight not translate into an undercurrent at office the next morning?

The Panelists
The lovely Karuna Ezara Parikh is coming back to moderate this session, and joining us in the conversation are star wedding photographer couple Arjun and Praerna Kartha {follow their work here}, and Mr. Sanjeev Bhargava, Managing Partner at J.W.T. Also joining us are Ria Agnihotri from Food Talk India, who met her husband at her previous place of work, and Shashank Garg, who comes with some rather interesting stories and takes on romance in the workplace.
