Roots have been serving simple, vegetarian regional food for several years. They have a wide range of regional dishes like Palak Patta Chaat, Gunpowder Idli, Rajma Chawla, Kathal Biryani etc. Even their drinks are delicious like the Mint Lemonade and Kokni Sherbet, again, regional and local.
