Coming from a South Indian family, I can vouch for the authenticity of Hot Chips which has been a family favourite forever. They're just delicious and a must-try. Be it the ribbon, mixture, potato chips, murukku or the chips made from a variety of vegetables, give them all a try atleast once! It is located in the Patel Nagar Market and is quite easy to find. They have a few other branches, one in IP Extension and another in Karol Bagh. The chips are sold by the kilo so prices vary depending on what you're buying and how much.
