The Fit Fest 2016 for MMA, Crush Fitness and Healthy Grub

The information in this post might be outdated

What is it?

Does the word 'frisbee' evoke only vague memories of childhood picnics? Does Crush Combat sound only like each of your relationships ever? Well, here’s an opportunity to experience these fabulous words in a completely different avatar.

The Fit Fest 2016 promises to be a full day dedicated to the celebration of fitness, health and awesomeness. The plan is to start of the day with some football, followed by some gentle yoga stretches, and then you take it up a notch with Crush Fitness and Mixed Martial Arts.

Who is it for?

Those bored of being gym rats or running race after race, throw yourself a new challenge. There’s a wide range of activities for all age groups, just be sure to wear appropriate clothing and shoes.

Why should I go for it?

Get inspired to reinvent your fitness strategies, or get informed and have a lot of fun while working up a sweat!

They are giving you an ample chance to explore the latest fitness fads and measure your own fitness level. And if you're exhausted from all that activity, there'll be healthy food, cold-pressed juices, refreshing tea, and of course, health check-ups.

Anything else?

The full line-up includes a yoga session, crush dance, body combat, mixed martial arts, six-a-side football, live MMA fight, golf simulator, fitness trackers, a mini-obstacle course, FIFA PS4 gaming, a cycle display and health chats. You can go at any time and stay for as long {or as little} as you want!

#LBBTip

If you still need a reason to drag yourself off to a fitness festival, there’s a football match screening 8.30pm onwards. Told you there’s something for everyone at The Fit Fest!
