66 enthusiastic Delhi and Gurgaonwaalas, divided into 11 teams, and one expansive Iconic Delhi locality – Here’s the lowdown on the LBB Lodhi Treasure Hunt!

Our 11 teams flagged off from IHC for a two and a half hour treasure hunt that spanned Lodhi market, Meherchand Market, Jor Bagh Market, and Khanna Market. For every clue they cracked, and arrived at the destination in question, they had a super fun task waiting for them. They identified teas by aroma at Mittal Tea House, drew signature doodles off the products at Play Clan, fed each other delicious upma and sambhar at Chidambaram’s, and put together their very own signature hipster looks at Bhane. Creative tasks also involved an origami heart at Guppy by ai, and male participants modelling some statement pieces from Outhouse jewellery, complete with a cat walk down the length of the store; these gentlemen also ended up giving a female team member a mini manicure at 1010 Nail Spa. Clue cracking got more intense at The Bookshop in Jor Bagh, with teams having to decode clues to arrive at the books in question, and then find them in the store.

The final task revolved around the LBB crew’s favourite subject – Goold old Dilli! Teams had to come up with a 30-45 second commercial to sell Delhi, for all the awesomeness it has on offer. With the creative juices already in full flow, we were lucky to witness teams come up with jingles, rhyme, rap, and even dance moves for when their chorus kicked in! Bonus points to the team with the ‘de daaru’ backbeat to their jingle!

The hunt ended at Lodhi Garden, with a super elaborate spread from Bread & More – Macarons, cheese straws, sandwiches, baguettes, truffles, dessert in a jar – and some delicious coffee from Kaffa Cerrado.

Our winners went home with their very own treasure chest, filled with super creative bar accessories and merchandise from Alphaq, and vouchers from Play Clan! In the spirit of every team performing super well, every participant went home with a goodie box from Bread & More, gifts from Blossom Kochhar, and merchandise from Alphaq.
