2020 hasn't exactly started off the way we were all hoping it would. COVID-19 has been declared a pandemic and there are solid instructions from WHO to wash your hands, as often as you can and adopt social distancing as a technique to help slow down  the spread of the virus. While the situation isn't the best in these times, the best way to deal with the anxiety is to remain calm, wash your hands, cover your mouth while coughing/sneezing, eat healthy & stay home as often as possible. Hence, here's a list of things that you can do at home, so that you won't get bored that easy!

Learn To Make Healthy Food

There are ton of ways to cook healthy. There are various YouTube channels that do feature great vegan recipes, along with just blogs that are dedicated to meal prep and getting max nutrition by planning your meal better. Other than this, there are services that offer to deliver the ingredients along with a recipe card to your doorstep, so you can cook a hearty gourmet meal with the help of their recipe! Eat Healthy

This one is a fun and healthy way to spend time at home.
