Founders Varun Madan & Kunal Gangwani (both graduates from XLRI, Jamshedpur) with a clear promise of making no compromises, whatsoever, have ensured that only best possible ingredients find place in the salads.
Think parmesan cheese & whole wheat pasta from Italy, Dutch Edam cheese, Extra virgin olive oil from Greece or Dijon mustard from France etc. to name a few. The fun part is that for whatever they can grow in-house, they have their own Salad Days garden! Currently they are extracting the produce of fresh assorted lettuce leaves, salad rockets, celery, Thai basil, cherry tomatoes, purple cabbage, strawberries, shallots … and so much more.
