Although Phase 3 is dotted with dhabas and small tea shops, Vikram’s dhaba stands out. Consider it the ideal place to grab the perfect cup of tea, seasoned with ginger, along with a fluffy omelette–bread, egg Maggi masala or gigantic home-style parathas with a dollop of butter to compliment it.
The must-have here is the Double Egg paratha and the popular savoury snack they prepare with chips, bhel, namkeen, onion, tomatoes and chillies. Vikram likes to call it ‘bhasad’.
