The cheese stays, but they’re swapping out the wine with whisky. We’ll bet that has you sitting up and taking notice. They believe whisky with cheese makes for an interesting pairing, due to the varied textures that come into play.
What’s in my glass?
They’re going to have Glenmorangie, Aberlour, Ballantine, Ardbeg and Jameson, accompanied by a comprehensive cheese platter to appease your taste buds. It’ll be washed down by dinner and dessert if you aren’t already satiated.
