We got trainer and fitness expert Ankit Gautam to show us some fun, easy exercises that you can do just about anywhere. He recommends doing these in the morning before leaving for work {hey, it’s easier than going to the gym}.

All you need to do is perform 12 – 15 repetitions of each of the exercises, giving yourself 20 – 30 seconds rest in between.
