Tucked inside Park View Estate on Banjara Hills Road No. 2, Brahmin's is a new restaurant in Hyderabad. And it has quickly turned into our constant for idli and thalis. This authentic all-vegetarian restaurant is super tiny and it barely has four tables but you can find people huddling in a corner, waiting for their table. If you find yourself in the queue, we recommend patience as you are going to love the food. Simple, no fussy affair defines Brahmin's and at the counter, you can check what's available, place your order and your food arrives in no time. The thali comes with all the usual suspects of dal, curries, rasam, chutney (oh my god), and payasam. We polished it off to bits and moved on to Masala Idli and Chitti Gaare. With a slice of Chennai in all the dishes and filter coffee, you can expect a simple, home-cooked and hygienic meal. They have interesting items like Daliya Khichdi, Akki Poori, Maddhur Vada, Jaggery Dosa, and Mixed Lentil Dosa too. So, gather your squad and head to this restaurant for a real South Indian affair.
