Why is it know as sutli or suta kebab.
The kebab as tied around the skewer with threads, and hence the name Sutli kabab or Suta Kebab.
How is the kebab made. At fist the meat, (the mutton, the meat is not minced) is marinated with herbs and spices are put around the skewers by hand. Then the cotton thread that had been soaked in water are rolled over the meat by hand and then the skewers are placed on the fire grill and they are grilled to perfection.

Before serving you the kebab the suta is taken out of the kebab in front of you and then its served in a paper plate. When they take the suta the kebab gets cut into small bite size pieces.

I had visited this place during the Ramzan week. This shop is opened through out the year. During the Ramzan week the prices are a bit hiked.
