The Rice Guys {TRG} finds itself opposite to the Industrial House, Camac Street. It can house a maximum of seven people at a go. The interiors here are nicely done with a wall art of a turban man who's offering a delicious thali {pictured}. Well, that's exactly what these guys at the TRG do. They serve scrumptious North Indian fare that tastes and feels like home-made food and all of this without burning a hole in your pocket.
We tried:
1. The Mad Combo which includes: jeera rice, dal makhani, chicken tikka masala, roti, raita, papad, and condiments
2. TRG Combo which includes: jeera rice, dal makhani, and raita
3. Dal makhani box with biriyani rice
4. Chicken curry with biriyani rice
5. Chicken shimlamirch with steamed rice
6. Lehsuni dal with steamed rice
The condiments are complementary with every box. I usually prefer Chinese cuisine, but after coming to this very place, I think I've started to like North Indian fare too.
