Before Polo Floatel opens its doors welcoming you to its newly renovated interiors, a swanky new lounge, bistro and 59 reimagined guestrooms, the hotel is offering you a peek into their amazing hospitality with this new cloud kitchen. Indulge in a classic Calcutta cuisine from the comfort of your home as you order from Room Service. The vegetarian section has signature dishes like Apple Celery and Rocket leaves salad with toasted Almonds, Paneer Tikka Sliders, Tuscan Villa Asparagus Risotto, Vilayati Sabzi Tawa Masala, and Ramen Noodle Bowl to name a few. While the non vegetarian section includes Sarson Mahi Tikka, Boathouse Bistro Fish Fry, Asian Chilli Garlic Prawn, Chingri Malai Curry, Sorshe Bekti, Chicken and Fennel Risotto and lots more. For desserts the Poached Plums with Vanilla Ice-Cream was a total treat. So was the Apple Cinnamon Pie.
You can even order in cocktail pre-mixers like Burra Sahib, Cheers to Life, Carribean Summer Tea, Pink Elephant, best combined with whisky, gin, rum and vodka, for an authentic cocktail experience.
