While pre-celebration is limited to only certain food joints, this pop-up by Sima's Kitchen Secrets is different and can be your right way to start the celebrations of Ramzan this year. Known for her home-cooked Awadhi biryani (which we have written about earlier), Sima Ahmed is serving Nawabi cuisine passed down through generations of her family. For this spread, they have lined up biryani, platefuls of kebabs and saviyan paratha. You can also order from their regular menu and they are open to bulk orders. This time, Sima's Kitchen Secrets is organising their pop-up right before the onset of Ramzan.
Nothing can be more better for an amazing Chaand Raat than this - the special spread starts with a salaam of Sharbat-E-Gulabb and khajoor, along with a variety of tender khaas kebabs and sabz shami tikiya to keep you hooked. While the star of the show is definitely their khaas peshkash (specialty dishes) like Murg Lagan, and the most-awaited Ghosht-ki-Biriyani, they have an option for condiments, such as imli-ki-chutney, kachumbar and ghol that goes perfectly with the main course.
