The 16 rooms with high sloping roofs  in this resort are made keeping in mind the local vernacular architectural style. and are set in lush greenery that includes thickets of medicinal trees and plants. The crowning glory is the huge lake which cover around 20,000 sq ft. The furniture inside is made with bamboo, traditional-style, and the walls too are handmade. They are reminiscent of old Assamese houses which were set on bamboo stilts.
