As the name suggests, Meow Baari is the most popular crèche in Kolkata dedicated to only cats. It is run by animal lovers who not only rescue and foster at-risk street animals, but also help sterilise and vaccinate. Meow Baari provides boarding as well as day-care services for cats. You can be assured that the cats will be given the purrfect care during their stay, which includes two meals and two snacks per day, supervised play time, medicines in case of emergencies, and lots of cuddles!
Meow Baari has strict rules about boarding vaccinated cats, so remember to bring those documents along. In case your cat is on a special diet, you will be requested to provide the food to the crèche. They recommend that you visit the place before you decide to leave them in their care. For overnight stay, the rates are INR 250 per day per cat (includes 2 meals and 2 snacks); for day care (9 am to 7pm) – INR 180 per day per cat (includes 1 meal and 1 snack); for day care (9am to 2pm) – INR 100 per day per cat (includes 1 meal).
