What Makes It Awesome

Karma Kettle is an aesthetically and tastefully made sensory tearoom in the bylanes of Ballygunge. This one is located on Swinhoe Street. They are known for their gorgeous and varies blends of tea - be it single estate or blended, hot or cold. But what they have recently introduced is absolutely stunning. They have launched their new high tea menu namely Gora Sahib and Burra Sahib.

While, Gora Sahib high tea is basically an English-style high tea which comprises of scrumptious finger sandwiches {veg/non-veg}, quiche, tart, macarons. And, the Burra Sahib high tea is the Indian version of its 'firang' counterpart. This comprises of different types of fries and fritters, sweets, vada pav! Also, both of these are priced at INR 450 {plus taxes}. Given the nip in the air and the winter setting in, this is where you need to be. Be it with friends, bae or family, even going solo with a book is surely worth it.

What Could Be Better?
