She caters to customers who are looking for a handmade, personalised touch in the items they buy. Whether it is notebooks, polymer clay jewellery, cards or fridge magnets, she customises every item, designs and paints them according to the desires and preferences of her clients. All her cards are built from scratch with a design that is unique and customised using a picture or personal hand-lettered message {INR 250 to 500}.
For notebooks, she uses paper that is acid and lignin-free, prepared from cotton pulp, jute and bamboo {INR 900 to 1,500}. Each jewellery piece she makes is unique since she never repeats a design.
