Head To The Vault Lounge For A Date With Jazz

The Vault Lounge in Deshapriya Park (inside the Priya Cinema building) has major plans for you this weekend. Produced by The Accidental Note, Vault is bringing London-based jazz artiste Sarathy Korwar, whose music doesn't necessarily lean toward either the eastern or the western. Experience a rather unique blend of modern jazz that incorporates his deep understanding of Indian sounds, because of his expertise in tabla and drums. He has two crown jewels to his name, viz., his debut album 'Day to Day' has been recognised by BBC as one of the top 10 albums of the year and his 'My East Is Your West' won Guardian's 'Contemporary Album of the Month'. Time to pause your Chet Baker playlist and come out for one hell of a show.
