Mark your calendars, clear your schedules and save the date: Starbucks is finally opening its first outlet In the City of Joy early next week. Said to be the flagship outlet, the coffee shop is setting up in Park Mansions on Park Street. If all goes well, by next Wednesday, we can be guzzling copious amounts of Caramel Frappuccinos, Hazelnut Lattes and Flat White, all day long. And of course, following that we will get our hands on the coveted Starbucks membership card, which is #LifeGoals.
The cafe on Park Street is just beside {Kolkata’s first and so-far only!} Hard Rock Café and slightly diagonally opposite Mamagoto. ‘New’ Park Street is really popping up with some cool stuff of late {Park Street is just levelling up on the ‘cool’ ladder} — Pa Pa Ya just opened a few days ago! We also spied Starbucks boards at Acropolis Mall, and a little birdie told us that it will be at South City Mall as well, in time. We’ve got our fingers {and our toes!} crossed that they will be opening soon.
